“Corpsicle” is a screenplay created for theatrical film production envisioned as the first installment in a multi picture franchise. The project currently seeks funding for its initial film installment, Corpsicle. The number one goal of the project is to maximize profitability windows including: theater, planes/hotels, pay-per-view, home rental, v.o.d., cable, free tv, ancillary and foreign. Corpsicle seeks wide distribution on as many screens as possible to maximize profitability windows. Prior to releasing a prospectus, major details have been heavily analyzed. Writing the business plan has spanned well over two years, in part because of considerations for the script and additional business research not taught in film school. A preliminary “top sheet” budget has already been drawn up. The ever impending prospectus approaches. Needed consultation via the top entertainment law firm(s) should enable Corpsicle to move forward. Depending on confirmation of the budget via a well honed line producer and of course, investment capital, we will then request a formal PPM to be written based on our prospectus. Expertise in distribution will be sought to further enhance our position, as well as additional profitability analysis. Investors are our angels. So, Corpsicle will not move forward until we are very sure there is an excellent chance at returning profit to our investors. We will then establish (y)our interest baring escrow account. Once adequately funded, we will form the LLC and move into pre-production and casting in a timely manner. Hiring known actors via “Pay or play” may enter into the picture. Stars may then be contracted. at very least, suitably integrated S.A.G. talent will be sought. Regardless of how big the names, the project will go forward with belief in the material which has been the major source of profitability verification so far. 1.
